This paper discusses two dimensions of the school curriculum: the formal curriculum stated in the roll of disciplines for a course with its specific contents and the hidden curriculum which is not directly stated but is embodied in the relationships among the persons involved in school practices and the knowledge transmitted by the school. The text presents the teaching work organization as a practice that emphasizes a certain way treating the schooling subjects , reinforce the formation personality traits and behavior. Moreover, it points the need of improving the knowledge of these practices in the direction of a critical curriculum.
