This article aims at stimulating teachers to think about the educators reaction against the symbolic Power of Law which permeates not only their daily lives but also their multifaced educational practices. The texto also provides educators with suggestions for the development of Historical research which help promote the interaction between the legal and the educational areas of khowledge.
