In this article, we investigate the relations teachers training, seeking for na agreement on how, in this process, it is accomplished the ethic management of the phenomena that are intrinsic to the human relationships that permeate the act of learning. The discussion about the ethic implications  as a result of the admission of the relational dimension inherent to teaching, points out to fact that the work with the ‘other’ is as much necessary as implicit in the licentiate courses which were investigated, not having an investment in the clarification of the background of the established relationships, nor in the ethic management of the same ones during their initial training.
