Abstract

During the last decade, groups of Science Education were formed in Biochemistry departments and institutes in Brazil. Nowadays, these groups have a meaningful production of learning material, dissertations and thesis that are presented in congresses and published in education and biochemistry periodicals. Our project studies three of these groups in their daily research work and aims at perceiving the validation strategies of the knowledge of each group, their similarities and differences in the biochemical education field, their possible divergences, and especially their positive points related to the production of the production of knowledge in a field which is organized is between two established and different knowledge fields: educational and life sciences.
