The axiological domension constitutes na indispensable component of the integral preparation and training of the profissionals. The current globalization of court neoliberal predominat relegates, ballast and deform the presence and the execution of this dimension in correspondence with a narrow vision of the professional thing, distinguished for economic and political interests of minorities. The authentic preparation of a professional for today´s word and of the tomorrow it supposes the formation so much of his capacity for objectively to create and to determine genuine values, as for subjectively to appreciate and to take conscience about the meanings of the facts and processes according to the progress and the majorities of the society. Their axiological formation will be projected both in the individual, professional and social planes of his chore; as in the economic, political, cognitive, moral and aesthetic spheres of his social activity.
