Now, it is affirmed with great frequency that the redefinitions in the Field of the work impose a new worker´s need, endowed with quite peculiar characteristics. At the same time, the responsible organizational spaces for the formation of the ‘old’ workers are considered insufficient to assist to the contemporary demands. Such a movement has been raising debates in the several degree courses university student and, above all, in the one of teachers´ formation. This article suggests be before the challenge of knowing to take advantage this moment, enlarging the discussions and problematizing the directions taken by our society, through careful analyses, anchored in presupposed that maintain commitments not just with the present, but also with the future. Like this, it tries to problematize the teachers´ formation, getting the attention for the subjectivity production engendered by the education spaces. With this aim at, it develops the analyses starting from three topics: the first, a discussion concerning the transformation in the world of the production and their reflexes in the education extent; the second, an abbreviation researches historical about the academic production destined to the teachers´ formation, road main newspapers of higher education and, finally the debate concerning the recent official orientations as for the reserved spaces for such formation. It concludes affirming that the responsible spaces for  the teachers´ formation, instead of they hug the cause of the market, they need to create conditions so that the teachers can problematize their formation as well as the one of those that hereafter will be under their responsibility.
