The article presents the educators living place and its political and ethical development. To do so, it discusses the knowing definition in approaches related to the Knowledgement area, the intersubjective relation and the educators basic formation. It presents principles and learnings to the educational ethos understanding in a possible dialectics of the ethic interior and the political outsider.
