The methodological class together with the methodological session, the demonstrative class, the preparation of the subject and the evaluation of the teaching activities is part of the system of actions that integrate what in education that is called methodological work. This text presents an instrumental theoretical model for the preparation, education and evaluation of the methodological class, one of the fundamental types of the methodological teaching work in the university, that shows essential for the continued formation of the higher education professor . The novelty is in the fact that from a conception dialectical materialist of the methodological work it is elaborate an integral model for the preparation, education and evaluation of the methodological class, in a development level that tries to exceed the previous contributions and harmonizes with the current demand of the 21st century University. This way of conceive and give this types of class was validated by the authors in the educative work that allows to count beforehand on the applicability of the presented model.
