Abstract

TIRIBA, Lia  and  FISCHER, Maria Clara Bueno. Aprender e ensinar a autogestão: espaços/tempos do trabalho de produzir a vida associativamente. Perspectiva [online]. 2013, vol.31, n.02, pp.527-551. ISSN 0102-5473.

The aim of the paper is to present theoretical and methodological issues of the research field Work and Education, and particularly on associated production, self-management and knowledge of associated labor. After considering the shapes that have taken up the work in the regime of flexible accumulation, special attention is given to the spaces and times of work to produce life in an associative way: a) spaces / revolutionary times - when structural changes are produced in society, there is the duality of powers or the confrontation between labour and capital is manifested through revolts and rebellions; b) spaces / times of the current crisis of capital and of wage labor, in which associative strategies work are configured as part of the popular solidarity economy; c) spaces / times of ancient cultures of traditional communities and people. From the preliminary results of an ongoing research and previous scientific studies, the third space / time is approached to argue that the associated production is, possibly. the main school for learning self-management of work and social life. It is important to highlight that these experiments, emerging or staying in homogenized societies by the capital, imply in socialize, individually and collectively, through the vital contradiction between the sociability of capital and other economic-cultural ways which are marked by the appreciation of work. EP Thompson`s perspective of historical materialism, Ivan Mézsáros´s mediation of first and second order and the author´s concepts of production, self- management and associated knowledge support the academic analysis made.
