Resumen

SANTOS, José Deribaldo Gomes dos; SANTOS, Ellen Cristine dos  y  BARROS, Ribeiro Rosiane Bento. Employability versus full training: Integrated High School in the State of Ceara. Perspectiva [online]. 2018, vol.36, n.1, pp.220-243. ISSN 2175-795X.  https://doi.org/10.5007/2175-795X.2018v36nlp220.

This paper analyzes, in the light of Marxist theory, if the integral education presented in the proposed Integrated High School Education in Ceará state is truly contemplated. The relevance of this issue is confirmed by the investigative effort to unravel the essence of basic intentions of public policy for vocational education, overcoming the shortage of bibliographic production on the subject. As a methodological resource, the survey interviewed 79 students of EEEP [1] Cavalcante Maria Costa, headquarters of the implementation of such project in the State. With such debate, the research aims to contribute to the enlargement of the critical understanding of such project in students' education and socio-economic development of the State of Ceará. The research shows that policies aimed at training workers follow the business logic and are linked to the capital in a deep crisis, constituting real hindrance to the integral formation defended by the Marxist classics.
