Abstract

AZEVEDO, Alessandro Augusto de  and  ANDRADE, Íris Campos de. Paths and misconceptions of a curricular practice at a rural school. Rev. Educ. Questão [online]. 2018, vol.56, n.48, pp.227-248. ISSN 1981-1802.  https://doi.org/10.21680/1981-1802.2018v56n48ID15182.

Article that presents a reflection based on research carried out at a school located in the fishing community of Barreiras, Macau, municipality of Rio Grande do Norte, where a Working Group (WG) was established to discuss and define a Political Pedagogical Project (PPP). Its objective is to analyze the difficulties of the WG in articulating the knowledge and experiences emanating from the process of conquest of the State Sustainable Development Reserve Ponta do Tubarão (SSDRPT), by the local communities, in the curricular proposal of the school. Methodologically, it incorporated elements of the Collaborative Research (IBIAPINA, 2008), where collective interviews and reflexive sessions were organized, reflecting and self-training spaces, as well as participant observation, through which difficulties were perceived as a result of the rotation of the teaching staff and their teachers remain attached to curricular practices hostage to the textbook.
