In this paper, we discuss questions relating to the school insertion of students regarded as being not so conventional. We intend to highlight how much the daily interaction with their colleagues can be an aspect to be considered in the educational work. Therefore, we revisit researches focusing on the effects of schooling on those students. After that, we present data from one study about the effects of social interaction among peers in school, when a child showed vulnerabilities in his/her constitution as a subject. For this work to be carried out, we have adopted the following methodological steps: systematic logging of the data collected in field work; interview sessions; videotaping. From those data, we intend to predict by how much school enrollment itself can be better than formal learning as well as serve as a factor in the subjective structuring of some children.
