Abstract

The objective of the study is to evaluate learning in school Physical Education classes, grounded in the teaching principles of Davydov’s Developmental Theory. The research design is qualitative, with the methodology of the educational didactic formative experiment. It was conducted in a public school and the participants were students in the Integrated Teacher Education class. The study understood and related evaluation as a tool to assist in the teaching practice, and in the monitoring of the teaching and learning of the students. It is believed that the present study contributed to the conduct of the experiment and to the learning of the participants in an integral way.
