Resumen

Traditionally an educational/ evaluation has been composed by the process of judgment of the students, for the court to decide their school trajectory. The studies about the evaluation, concentrating on the results, used to concentrate on methodical analysis to get the maximum reliability of the instruments, to verify, "justified accurate", classification of the student. Recently the institutional evaluation, marked by the conception of the positive measurements and classification, is now classified as “Institutional”. May we hope now, that the new paradigms, or new conceptional fundaments, will help us to come over this practice of classificatory evaluation, located on the investigations of the results, of the determined causes? The reflections put into light in the presented text, are a construction of these fundaments and offers a trial to a new proposal of the school evaluation.
