This article analysis the connection between evaluation with the citizen's work and formation. Discuss the evaluation as a question of value and the decisions agreed. The importance of evaluation is in the human being formation process according to the construction of the citizen. The article treats the question of work as the main question of the education process and the teen ager's formation for the world of work.
