This article shows the relationship between education and democracy in Brazil, more specific the political game into the Chamber of Deputies covering from December 1988 to May 1993, when the Law of Directives and Bases of the National Education was made (nº1.258-c/88). The objective is disclose the fog who cover the Legislative process from the eyes of the common men, pointing out who's the political agents, yours interests and yours tactics. It's also intends to offer a global vision of the movement inside the Legislative process, changing it to simple and visible is this process was never have been before.
