Working with individuals in a same context during the whole time, as subject and object, shows how turbulent can be the scenery of a social-environmental process where these individuals are inserted. The administration leadership presents concepts, principles and results that are directly dependable on the human science related to the job, function and the role of the educational administrator, whose work is based on human relations, objectives, innovations, and interpretation of the social efficiency. An organizational manager must deeply understand the whole process that will facilitate his/her technical function. It is easier to understand the Transformational Model once we detect the presence of certain elements and factors that have the capability to create a proper environment for the development of each individual or group's potentiality. The group's procedures and motivations are the techniques used by a transformational administrator as constant variables in his/her practical activities. The principles of moral an the cognitive development will always be in a position of privilege so, the balance and integrity of the model will be preserved and conflicts, that are a constant when working in groups could be avoided. The Transactional Model, however, during the whole process is related to the connived management that is generated and applied to the behavior of the individuals involved in the process. The Transactional Model is grounded on transactions activities such as exchanges and bargains. Rewards an punishments are variables used on specifics emergency situations where performance and results are observed.
