In this paper is analyzed the evaluation like a new activity in educational. This aspect is more exiged by actual society. We present its principals characteristics and fases. We show the importance of the adoption of one theory according to the evaluation as support of the total process of investigation about the centers o educational systems. We characterize the intern and extern evaluation as complementary activities. Finally, we realize an attachment between the evaluation and the results, with the possibility of utilities reflexions for all people involved in the challenge of the improvement of the educational quality.
