This text intends to discuss the communication role on the evaluation process, defending the idea that it's necessary a pro per" modus Comunicandi" to avoid the lack of commitment on the efficiency of the evaluation practice. It shows that the historical trajectory of the evaluation concept changed not only the process focus, but also its orientation of the communicative context. The axis of this reflection concentrates on the prerequirement needed to an adequate feedback of the results of the teachers' performance evaluation, understood as a roll of concrete information supplied to the teachers that can understand recommendations to future improvements giving the possibility to work as a useful tool to the changing processes. That communicative ecosystem can be directed to the cooperation by searching the development or to be directed to the control of people and systems. Those paradigms alter and mix themselves, depending on the option of political, philosophical and structural basis of the institutional society. We believe that the analysis and the discussion of the communicative interaction can't be removed from the evaluation metanarrative at all their dimensions, since they can compromise the success and the credibility of the evaluation programs that always require a meaning negotiation, constant resignification, dialogue and comprehension. Only that way their actors can exercise the evaluation action in a technical way, without getting away from the needed ethics and esthetics dimensions.
