To evaluate is essential in all processes, specially in the educational one, where the evaluation can be an instrument to reach changes in high education level, aiming the improvement of qualify and rearrange resources. The learning process is individual, in spite of the big majority it is treated as a group process. Frequently "evaluations" based in uncertain and unsure opinions, or in statistics data without any previous analysis are done. In this article, as we believe that the efforts related to Education must be applied in the right and productive direction, we face new procedures that search for a balanced point in the unification of the quantify with the qualify evaluation.
