The text aims, with the support of studies in artificial intel/igence (mainly with reference to Hillis), at gathering further arguments against instructionism. Severa/ authors with interdisciplinary origin are interested in sustaining the thesis of reconstructive politicallearning, incfuded the world of artificial intel/igence and technology in education. We have here a quite hard polemics, because, besides touching ideological sensibilities, launches actual discussions about the constitution of the evofutionary process, particularly about emergence. This phenomenon should indicate the evolution - as occurred in the appearance of life - does not reduce itself to replication, but introduces nove/fies that apparently were not present in the anterior situation. This can be applied in very adequate manner to learning, always a reconstructive phenomenon, and just beca use of that also politica/, in the sense of generating subject able of own history. At the some time, this discussion reinforces the recognized connection between education/learning and citizenship.
