In this text I discuss the pedagogic dimension of school administration. I start from the point that we have few studies about the internal organization of a school in a general way and, particularly the ones that point to the comprehension of the processes, which go beyond formal structures, in order to contemplate the relations occurred inside a school. Trying to overcome a bureaucratic and uniform perception of a school, I use a cultural approach, opening space for a consideration concerning the defining relations of its own pedagogic practice.
