This study shows the results of a master's research, carried out in the State University of Rio de Janeiro, through the board of examination: Dr. Marsyl Bulkool Mettrau (counseling), Dr. Rosana Glat and Dr. Maria Helena Novaes Mira. This study objectifies to describe the theoretical contributions of Roberts J. Sternberg concerning his Thriarquic Theory of the human intelligence. This theory brings to the reflection subjects of school interest of the daily in concerning the educational evaluation, emphasizing the student's voice of regular and special class and, therefore, of the recognition of its citizenship rights and non exclusion feeling in the academic process.
