The article pretends, of the first moment, re-situate on education agenda, the complex justice issue in the context of school, structured as "various worlds' site". In the second part, the author, based on the idea of justice intimately connected to ethical position concerning the way of thinking and acting in education, purposes to analyze some applications of justice in ethical organization of school, and especially, in the school management.
