The educational problems should be to the educator, not only a rel barrier, but also a target that might lead him lo overcome a setback. However, to overcome only human problem, it is necessary to keep in mind the following points: lº to present the problem precisely; 2° to cluster all data and its characteristics; 3° to look for the solution carefully; 4° to design possible solutions and then, to implement them. Besides, one can not forget that the solution of educational problem is also human and moral right.
