ABSTRACT The publication of this article is a natural consequence of the success achieved by the Citizenship Mangueira Olympic Project, which deals with the need to rise citizenship and sport teamwork consciousness. Its main objective is to verify, if the established goals were met by the participants, pointing out the adjustments and changes occurred in the last fifteen years.
