The evaluation of what happened with the sudden appearance of the Covid-19 virus with respect to Higher Education throughout the planet faces a high number of difficulties, with all kinds of nuances, and the need to attend to a multifactorial reality. The analysis of what happened anywhere in the world, at least, needs leading actors and actresses, at least as a primary source of knowledge. Knowing in a general way what happened in Cuba was the initial objective of this investigation, considering in the first place what was provided by the official information, which was scarce, and probably not very updated. Despite this, it was possible to establish a series of considerations that show the vicissitudes of the continuity of didactics in Higher Education in Cuba.
