Introducing new technologies and organizational-managerial processes into the production sector has put a lot of pressure on the education sector and intensified its role of fundamental mediator when solving the worker adaptability difficulties. Better job qualification, although most of the time mistaken for better school education, is the focus of job demand, so it is also the fundamental condition for facing job market new reality when trying to maintain your job or find a new one. Nevertheless, job and unemployment research points out there is a gap between qualification demand and the kind of job openings which are available in the national an international markets. The present article tries to analyze this matter and point out its most apparent contradictions.
