This paper is part of the master thesis Networks Learning: The building of Lecto- written in the labyrinths of web in which the object of study is learning to read and write on the Internet. Our research is a qualitative case-study. Understanding reading and writing as evidence of connection between social and individual is of great importance to build a cultural and historical subject who interacts in a virtual environment. The exchange of knowledge through the Internet enables the development of a new way of teaching and learning. We aims, thus, to build through theoretical considerations, new ways to understand learning of reading and writing on the web, so as to make possible that the subjects of the teaching-learning process develop an educational praxis nearer the formation of the historical critical, political and social subject. Therefore, the learning of reading and writing on the web permit to break with methodological procedures that characterize lecto-writing as an act of memorization and decoding of graphic symbols, enabling an action which can be developed trough new ways of teaching.
