Resumen

This article aims to talk about the pedagogical practice of early childhood teachers, using video in Children Education. The appropriate and planned use of video recordings, in a meaningful way for children, can promote the development of the children’s imaginary because they pay attention at every movement, putting themselves at the characters’ place, living and experiencing the adventures of the character. The video can both enlarge the imaginary of the children as well as restrain both their imaginations and the pedagogical work to be developed. In order to understand this factor, we present some initial thoughts on expansion and development of technology, understanding technology as a culture with the support of recognized theoretical authors in this area. We present a brief report on the relationship between technology and education focusing issues related to children’s education.
