Knowledge and meanings of formative arrangement inserted in the political actuation of the Central de Associações Agropastoris de Fundo e Fecho de Pasto, of the city of Senhor do Bonfim (Bahia, Brazil). This intervention is provoked by and enlarged and polysemic glance of the educational phenomenon which rethinks education beyond the school’s walls and thus recognizes the complex and multiples relations between social movements and Educations as legitimate and important topic of study. This way, the understanding of the framework and meaning of the experiences founding the collective appropriation and defense of indispensable knowledge for the life of the subjects in the traditional communities of Fundo and Fecho de Pasto is considered as preponderant. We present an ongoing ethnographic research showing the relation between education and the Social Movements. We show an overlapping with the daily knowledge of social actors or authors in motion. For this reason, this relation is rooted in the subjects’ spoken word, in their way of life and it the circularity which implies movement and community. We first present what traditionally occupied communities of Fundo and Fecho de Pasto means, and then we describe the structure and the dynamic of organization as well as the meaning implied by the knowledge contained in its political and educational activities with the communities of Fundo and Fecho de Pasto form the Senhor do Bomfim area. These communities, in spite of menaces and intentional invisibility, remain preserved recreating the way of life of the sertão.
