This paper aims to analyze thesis of the graduated program in Education at the University Unisinos . We analyze the relations with the ways of thinking Education that are marked by one element of the French Revolution motto: Fraternity. We selected this figure of modernity on the base of Nietzsche’s critique of the French Revolution’s ideals as symbols of this episteme. Therefore, one of the discoveries of the research is the marked and delimited trait of the modern episteme. Even when such discourses intend the critique of the modern educational foundations, they are nevertheless rooted in the positive ground of the modern episteme, which, far from representing only a historical period of Sciences, is a hegemonic way of establishing relations with Truth and Morality.
