Abstract

This paper explores various types of EYPA formative proposals. This formation should answer some basic questions. The first one is the need to consider that it oriented toward persons, understood in an integral way, which means considered its personal and professional needs as well at is motivation to learn. It should also reflect upon the contents of the required formation and upon its ways of learning. It his sense, the notion of a formation based upon the concept of human development, is at the core of our text and leads to three other directly associated ideas. Potentialize people's competences according to the present meaning of the word. To see formation as a "structure of relevant formative opportunities" and values which unfold better when the curricular proposals are articulated in the framework of a project. A reflexion should be considered as the central object of adult learning. The more important consequence is the role reserved to educators and their methodologies n this process. We suggest that they learn from their own practice and grow professionally through the use of an ample range of curricular and methodological resources.
