The rise of different kinds of malaise related to teacher´s work and its relation with new models of work organization enable us to discuss not only management models but also their consequences in new forms of subjectivity process. The discourse, as proposed by Lacan, a systematization of a parallel between the subject´s structure and its social correlation, may be a powerful conceptual operator to discuss an approach about the consequences of a liberal ideology in education and the fate of teaching institutions.
