This paper aims to analyse the relationship between Education and Philosophy, considering the implications of the mandatory return of Philosophy as a subject in the National High School. It is clear the increasing interest in Philosophy at all levels of basic education once there is recognition that it is dialogical thought activity for the healthy and creative human development. The approach we deal with emphasizes the experience of the appropriaton (the dynamic relationship between being and being there), appropiating and assigning. We try to show the difference between a philosophy for all (basic) and a superior philosophy (top). We try to highlight the empowerment of the knowing subject as the main focus of philosophizing in the educational practice. In order to achieve our goals, we discuss different purposeful instances in a way to understand the relationship between education and philosophy that appear in the chosen topics where we draw a poly-logical approach. The analysis leads to a set of fundamental tensors that shows the investigation of the philosophical question in education from the imperative of complexity and care we must have in order not to reduce the occurrence of appropriation to the domain of the language explanation. It is also a comprehension effort of the self, something beyond the measurement and prediction that grows over time and gets stronger in an unpredictable time of our singular existence.
