In this paper we investigate how the figure of the teacher is represented in the current inclusive schools. Our theoretical-methodological perspective is based on some analysis tools of discourse analysis according to Michel Foucault, operating especially with the concepts of enunciation, statement, discourse and governmentality. Articles in the magazine Nova Escola (2008-2013) were used as the object of analysis, in order to map those statements which recall the enunciation of inclusive teacher, highlighting how much they show school inclusion discourses nowadays. The analyses provoke us to think inclusive school teachers as professionals whose characteristics would mainly be flexibility, dynamics, tolerance, creativity that is everything that is expected from any other professional in the context of a government logic based on neoliberalism.
