We address in this paper the production of hypermedia learning materials in virtual environments according to a pedagogical design of a theoretical and practical example developed by a multidisciplinary team. We aim to highlight opportunities for a didacticmethodological hypermedia resources (content) structuring connected with study activities as well as to elucidate the specificities of the teacher performance in this context. We adopt as a methodological typology the action research, which supports the cyclical movement of action-reflection-action in the multidisciplinary work around the research, development and training for hypermedia production activities in virtual environments. A diary of participant observation and a survey for monitoring, recording and analysis of data collected during the process were used. The results, analyzed in light of multidisciplinary collaborative interaction and based on a source triangulation (observation, participation/ intervention, questionnaires), suggest that the pedagogical design developed by the multidisciplinary team is sustained by interactivity, enhanced by coupling media and the problem-dialogic interaction around the school contents. Finally, we conclude that the theoretical and practical example, presented as a posible pedagogical design of hypermedia learning materials, constitutes a technological and pedagogical innovation, intensifying flexibility and democratization of school practices mediated by network technologies.
