Revista da FAEEBA: Educação e Contemporaneidade [online]. 2018, vol.27, n.52, pp.13-25.  Epub July 02, 2019. ISSN 0104-7043.  https://doi.org/10.21879/faeeba2358-0194.2018.v27.n52.p13-25.

The goal of this article is to strengthen and deep studies about eco-socioeconomics. In order to review the work and postulates proposed by Sampaio (2010) and reinforce arguments based on the ecological dimension and its relation with socioeconomics, the economic dimension and its relation with socioecology and the social dimension with the interactions with the economy and the environment. The study is based on bibliographic research, analysis of Brazilian and foreign experiences that have been investigated by an interdisciplinary team. It is proposed that eco-socioeconomics is a process that results in good living. What can be learned from the effort made in this text is that Eco-socioeconomics emerge in part from the distressful contemporary scenario that we face as humanity.
