This article analyzes the results of the research Teacher education devices that consider subjectivity. The methodology used in the research was the written record of teachers / psychoanalysts based on two questions about the teaching implication and the methods used in teacher education aimed at impacts on teacher subjectivity. As a result, we found that the clinical conduct involved and the qualified listening of teachers in situations of complaint and malaise are configured as important devices to be transmitted in training, reiterating the ineffectiveness of prescriptive models of teacher education, based on teaching of techniques and information about how the teacher should teach and work with his student. Reaffirming the need for time for the precise elaboration of everyday experiences so that they can actually cross and mark the Subject.
