The ITESP Foundation is responsible for agrarian and land policy in the São Paulo state. Sought to identify and analyze the political, ideological and pedagogic presuppositions explicit and underlying technical vocational training proposed by ITESP Foundation. Bibliographic and documentary research was adopted, and the theoretical-methodological framework is anchored in the perspective of historical-dialectical materialism. The documents analyzed consisted of agreements signed by the ITESP Foundation for the provision of vocational courses to settlers in the state of São Paulo, with the Paula Souza Center and the municipalities of Euclides da Cunha Paulista, Mirante do Paranapanema, Teodoro Sampaio and Rosana. The results show contradictions in the conjuncture of the mentioned formative action, because although the agreements deal with the implementation of technical-professional training proposal by the public power to beneficiaries of the agrarian reform, in fact, are surrounded by an entrepreneurial ideology, with the purpose of preparing the workforce for the big agribusiness enterprises and reproducing the class system.
