Revista da FAEEBA: Educação e Contemporaneidade [online]. 2021, vol.30, n.61, pp.316-328.  Epub Oct 18, 2021. ISSN 2358-0194.  https://doi.org/10.21879/faeeba2358-0194.2020.v30.n61.p316-328.

This article analyzes Law 13.415/2017, and its relations with the public policies suggested by the IDB. Documentary research was used as a method and the High School Reform Act and the IDB document Análisis del apoyo del BID a la Educación Secundaria was used as the source. We conclude that it is the increasing implementation of neoliberal actions, impacting education, with the understanding of a formative teaching for precarious work. Final considerations also point to the seriousness of the practice of such policies for the training of future teachers and students who are children of the working classes.

Keywords : Education; Public policy; High school; Law 13.415/2017.
