Memes are artifacts more and more important in the communicational dynamics of digital culture. They make it possible to see many forms to understand the world from network authorship. Its amplitude and spread on the Internet become a kind of public opinion thermometer about several subjects, facts or events. Expressed in many different digital languages (audios, gifs, images, videos), they make success in social digital social networks, in classrooms, face-to-face or remote, in the #MemeMuseum, an online museum, derived from a project of Fluminense Federal University (UFF). Therefore, the objective of this article is to analyze the operation of #MemesMuseum in education, innovation and scientific divulgation, promoting learning in cyberculture. The used method was the qualitative method, descriptive and analytic and the data analysis technique was content analysis technique. This paper concludes that the communicational ambience of cyberculture has allowed the reconfiguration of many phenomena on the digital context and that, in this cyberspace of museum, it is possible to sample a serie of experiences which pervade the presentialities, between the physic and the online, the subjectivities, the cultural performances. These experiences make the #MemesMuseum a environment of dynamic education, innovation and scientific divulgation, in the connectivity era.
