The project Cirandar: Wheels of Investigation at School is presented, headquartered at the Federal University of Rio Grande - FURG, currently developed in partnership between universities and federal institutes and schools, especially in the southern half of the country. This project has been an annual teacher education project since 2012. Cirandar is initially reported, focusing on sharing teaching experiences in network education circles, fostered by writing experience reports, reading among peers, and rewriting these reports. The project aims to stimulate, dialogue and recursive writing, questions of educational and pedagogical interest to the participants from the classroom. The study of experience as a way of contextualizing it in this training process is the basis for requesting an experience report. Supported by narrative research, a story was composed based on the narratives constructed by the participants. It is argued that Cirandar promotes the understanding of the classroom as a place of training, invention, study, and research focus to be shared among teachers, making itself a training experience.
