The objective of the article is to make a contextual description of the Argentine educational system, pointing out some data that, provided by the Ministry of Education, are interpreted within the framework of Critical Theory. It is observed that violence goes from a horizontal level to a vertical one, which implies a dynamic in the internalization of authority that can generate institutional conflicts in relation to management. From these concepts, we analyze: the role of the institution as a parallel hierarchy that legitimizes the power. The role of the observer is analyzed as placiente or padeciente and finally, the difference between preconceptions and prejudice
