This study aimed to analyze how Brazilian scientific production has dealt with bullying and cyberbullying at school, raising its main strands and trends from 2016 onwards, in elementary school and to identify whether this production discusses the approach to bullying and/or cyberbullying in the reference curriculum (RC) in Brazilian states. Surveys of these and dissertations were carried out at the BDTD and after several screenings of the texts, thirty-nine works were selected (39), that presented the theme of bullying, of which only eight (8) point out the treatment of bullying and/or cyberbullying in the curriculum components of elementary school in Brazil, obtaining positive results, which confirms the importance of working on the subject in the curriculum. In none of them, however, was the theme addressed in the RC of Brazilian states, based on the National Curricular Common Base (NCCB).

Keywords : curriculum; bullying; cyberbullying.
