This article presents the results of the research “School Violence: discrimination, bullying and responsibility” thar analyzed the relationship between inclusion and school violence, in special the prejudice and bullying. The search type was quantitative-qualitative, data collection instrument was questionnaires applied to 217 students in the 9th grade of Elementary School in five public schools in the city of Rio de Janeiro during 2019. The results indicated a correlation between the degree of inclusion and prejudice (-0.87) and the degree of inclusion and maltreatment suffered (-0.46). This means that the more inclusion in schools, the less the tendency to have manifestations of prejudice on the part of the students and less mistreatment among them. This study emphasizes the importance of inclusion actions in schools as a way of combating school violence, both in terms of prejudice and or mistreatment.
