This study aimed to elucidate innovative practices of continuing teacher training in Basic Education and their interfaces with digital technologies, published on Porvir Website. For this, it was developed qualitative and bibliographic online research. It was analyzed ten news from Porvir website using the discursive textual analysis method. The study concluded that all training practices are innovative, but the focus is on marginal and extra innovations, to changes that affect teachers’ use of new teaching methodologies with digital technologies for student learning. Among the practices, just two of them demonstrate contributing to fundamental and institutional innovations, promoting change in the professional context through the strengthening of a teaching-learning community that reflects their educational concepts and investigates their pedagogical practices in fostering digital literacy at school.
