ALBUQUERQUE, Simone Santos de  and  DUTRA, Isabela. EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND THE PANDEMIC IN BRAZIL: AN ANALYSIS OF BIBLIOGRAPHIC BETWEEN 2020 AND 2022. Revista da FAEEBA: Educação e Contemporaneidade [online]. 2025, vol.34, n.77, pp.132-145.  Epub Sep 23, 2025. ISSN 2358-0194.  https://doi.org/10.21879/faeeba2358-0194.2025.v34.n77.pl32-145.

This paper aims to analyze the bibliographic production made between 2020 and 2022 about Early Childhood Education and Pandemic. A qualitative study was carried out by reading the abstracts and keywords of 46 scientific studies found in two databases: Google Scholar and SciELO. The materials analyzed were organized into four categories: 1) School curriculum; 2) Care and education; 3) Public policies and intersectorality; 4) Social vulnerability. From the analyses conducted, it emerged that during the pandemic there was concern about guaranteeing children’s rights and maintaining the link between family and school; the need for intersectoral collaboration between educational, social assistance, and public health policies was highlighted; finally, the pandemic has strongly affected populations in situations of social vulnerability.

Keywords : Pandemic; Early childhood education; Children’s rights; Public policies.
