Abstract

Preliminary written opinion, about the document National Curriculum Parameters. solicited by the Ministry of Education and e1aborated by ANPED. It analyses the document considering some aspects which are thus highlighled: a) the decision to elaborate parameters and the process adopted; b) the issue of the necessity to define a common national basis, national curriculum or national curriculum parameters; c) rationale (or the parameters; d) methodology; e) format and presentation. It also includes, concluding the analysis of each one of these aspects, some pertinent recommendations.
