The article is an attempt to exemplify how a more effective understanding of science and technology can be developed in teacher education programs, so as to permit development of different world views and practical instruments for work. It is proposed that teacher training courses face this by undertaking programs of pedagogical reorientation with subject-matter groupings or as a proposal for a formative enter.
